The project-management platform Exybit runs on: client, project and board hierarchy, kanban, calendar, messaging, HR and sales, all in one place.

  • Kanban boards with drag-and-drop, organised by client → project → board
  • Team workload, a recurring calendar with clash warnings, tickets and notifications
  • Dark, light and corporate themes, with Google sign-in
What I built: the in-app AI assistant (chat, voice and a knowledge agent), HR and payroll with Philippine statutory deductions and payslip PDFs, the sales-prospect pipeline with funnel analytics, the Bright Ideas board, and the responsive layout for phones and tablets.

One system for RMA, an electro-mechanical engineering firm in Lapu-Lapu City, covering everything from the first quotation to payroll.

  • Projects with contracts, milestones, payments and collections
  • Expenses with AI receipt scanning: snap a photo and it fills in the details
  • Quotations, supplier prices, materials inventory and tool checkout
  • Payroll for contractual workers on daily, hourly, monthly or pakyaw rates
  • Client portal with documents, messages and tickets
  • Now growing into a multi-company product with self-serve signup and a free trial

Field-to-invoice billing for Kingdom Drilling & Infrastructure, a drilling and conduit contractor in the US.

  • Crews log daily footage on their phones; entries are saved and retried when signal drops
  • Billing reviews each job, sends days back for fixes, then approves them
  • QuickBooks invoices are uploaded by finance and passed straight to the client
  • Owner dashboard showing work vs. invoiced, unbilled work, crew performance and turnaround
  • Prices locked at the time of work, photo uploads and a full audit trail
